The Authority wishes to award three contracts for the provision of residual waste services – one Contract in respect of each of the following Lots: Lot 1 - kerbside-collected residual waste arising in the Southern Area of the borough; Lot 2 - kerbside-collected residual waste arising in the Northern Area of the borough; Lot 3 - residual waste from household waste recycling centres (HWRCs), Authority service depots and facilities and bulky collection services in the Whole Borough Area.
