Keva requested tenders for Quantitative Analytics Platform (SaaS). A complete set of requirements was stated in Appendix 1. As a result of the procurement procedure, only one tender was received in the open procedure which did not include all the mandatory annexes. Therefore there is a real and legitimate reason for suspending the procurement as defined in the legislation.
