This procurement consists of a so called turnkey delivery of one (1) 400 kV 70 MVAR Shunt Reactor ("Main Delivery") for Länsisalmi substation. Furthermore, the Client is considering to include a non-mandatory optional price for Ester oil filled shunt reactor and an option to procure spare parts ("Optional Spare Parts").
