The subject of the procurement is SIM OTA (over-the-air) management system for managing SIM cards in LTE/5G core network. Suomen Erillisverkot Oy is procuring SIM remote management software that allows them to manage SIM cards in LTE/5G core production network. Another installation of the same software is required to manage SIM cards in LTE/5G pre-production / test network.
