Flytoget’s current planning and operation systems are customized for the current operation, and/or partly outdated. As a result, to expand operation, Flytoget needs to make a procurement to cover these capabilities.
The desired tool is standardized, holistic, scalable, user friendly, specialized for train operation, and integrated end-to-end. Furthermore, the tool shall be hosted in the tender’s cloud solution and/or delivered 'as a service'.
As operation start for the New Train Service is 10th of December 2023, speed and agility for the implementation phase is of great importance. The main objective is to have a fully functional system in place, in due time, to secure a successful start of operation of the New Train Service.
