The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Development Division, c/o the Joint Project Arna - Stanghelle, (hereafter called the contracting authority), would like tenders for consultancy services for preparatory work on the Joint Project. This consists of assistance with the preparation of the tender documentation for the procurement of contractors for preparatory work, various preliminary surveys, environmental plans, and the formulation of emission applications.
