Scope
Procurement of an X-ray microscope for the ForMAX beamline at the MAX IV laboratory. The microscope module, enabling image acquisition for the X-ray microtomography technique, is based around a white beam, triple objective head configuration, with each head consisting of scintillator screen, objective lens and white beam mirror.
