The client has procured and implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 on premise solution.
The client uses the solution daily for customer follow-up and internal processes.
The client’ need and the purpose of the contract is to get a customised version of Microsoft.
Dynamics 365 Sales installed in the client’ Azure in order to ensure that the client can continue with good
customer follow-up and have good control of internal processes. The current solution on premise
shuts down in June 2022, without the possibility of extension. The client’s goal is thereby to have
an equivalent solution actively in use before the existing solution shuts down. The contract includes the following:
1) Assignment to establish a cloud solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 with equivalent
functionality to the client’ existing on premise solution in accordance with requirements given in
the attached contract documents, and that will be ready for use by the end of May
2022. A contract will be entered into based on SSA O, c.f. Point 2.3.
2) Maintenance of new solution. A contract will be entered into based on SSA V, cf. point 2.3.
