The contract includes the delivery of a new financial system. The financial system must support the business processes described in the tender documentation. These business processes concern management of dispositions from the Climate and Energy Fund, management of grid surcharges, financial processes including budget and prognoses. The contract also includes a service delivery for scanning, interpreting and receiving invoices. Options for the procurement of different adjacent functionalities are also included in the contract.
