The total contract consists of two lots: green area maintenance in the summer seasons, and mechanical snow clearing, etc. in the winter seasons. Green area maintenance: the contract includes maintenance of green areas at 31 addresses. The assignment mainly involves lawn moving in church parks. The contract also includes some special assignments. All work must executed be in accordance with the enclosed requirements specification, etc.
Mechanical snow clearing: KfiO owns and manages churches and properties that are open to the public and where there is a need for good and safe access during the winter. The contract includes for mechanical snow clearing: gritting and spring clearing during four seasons at 59 properties and churches in Oslo. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the areas stated in the documentation are adequately cleared of snow and sufficiently gritted in the stated periods. The work must be carried out in accordance with the attached requirement specification, etc.
