The construction materials to be procured are for use by the Contracting Authority in its Humanitarian Project ”Education in Emergencies support for flood-affected counties in Jonglei State (Pibor, Duk and Uror Counties)” for establishment of temporary learning spaces and latrines and funded by South Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SSHF).
