Enova wishes to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer who shall plan, implement and analyse various types of qualitative and quantitative surveys. Enova is conducting approx. 5-8 market and stakeholder analysis surveys per annum. These include regular surveys and surveys for identifying specific needs. Both quantitative and qualitative surveys and a combination of these are relevant. The objective of the surveys is to acquire a decision basis for the strategy and planning work as well as measuring the effect of the market and communication work. Relevant methods for the qualitative surveys are typically interviews and target groups. The contracting authority needs assistance for planning, designing and quality assuring the surveys as well as implementing and analysing.
