Nye Veier shall purchase a new case and archive system that supports the statutory requirements. The system shall provide support for the customer in relation to case processing, archiving and journaling. Nye Veier shall enter into a contract with one tenderer who shall meet the customer’s requirements for up to a 10 years period.
