SPK shall also modernise user screens in the internal case management systems. SPK has, thus, a need for consultancy assistance with user experience and interaction design. The assistance will consist of the development of principles and guidelines for navigation and design of new user screens. The consultant will also be expected to contribute to the further development of SPK´s methods for developing good systems for final users.
