The Contracting Authority is well under way with its digitalisation process which shall contribute to simplifying the use of our digital platforms. Internal and external users shall achieve better access to our services via digital platforms and experience a shorter case processing time without reducing the quality of the service. The Contracting Authority’s Norwegian and world-wide network shall be made more accessible for our clients. Consequently the Contracting Authority wants to increase the capacity of the operation in order to release capacity for value creation for clients and the financial development in Norway.
