The Norwegian Police seek input regarding Command & Control (C&C) systems providing mission critical functionality. Such systems are also referred to as Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems. The system (C&C/CAD) should streamline assignment handling and make police resources more available. Main goals are improvement within decision making support, situation awareness and command and control.
