Evaluation of the Nordic cooperation on Environment & Climate

Short description

OBJECTIVE: The objective of the evaluation is to provide recommendations for the MK sector’s planning of the 2028-2030 implementation period, i.e., in the revision/update of the sector’s work plan and design/description of initiatives during the period 2028-2030, in more effective coordination, planning and implementation, as well as any relevant revision of interim goals in the cooperation program.

DELIVERABLES: The Consultant must generate in the form of a report in English or a Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian or Swedish) by agreement between the Parties an evaluation of the Nordic cooperation on Environment and Climate for the time period 2025-2026 with a focus on the ongoing programs. The delivery deadline for a final comprehensive written evaluation report in English or in a Scandinavian language is 1 December 2026. In addition the Consultant shall provide a shorter version of the report, for example in the form of a PowerPoint presentation to be presented at a physical meeting to Senior Officials Committee for Environment and Climate (EK-MK) expected on 10 December 2026.

ECONOMY: The contracting authority has set a maximum price for the contract of DKK 1.000 000.

LANGUAGE: The tender offer with all documents including any appendices to the solution description, must be submitted in the English or a Scandinavian  language. The business language in all communication regarding the solution of the task is English or a Scandinavian language.
