HSL Helsinki Regional Transport Authority (hereinafter HSL, procurement unit), business ID FI-2274586-3, is requesting your tender in accordance with this call for tenders.

The procurement concerns a creative management and automation tool for HSL Helsinki Regional Transport. The tool is used daily by HSL´s marketing and communications team, as well as by partners. With the tool, HSL manages and personalizes campaigns, as well as plans and design advertising materials for digital channels. It is mainly a content production tool that integrates with ad placement in real time, without the need to upload materials to other systems. The tool also allows for monitoring the success of campaigns through analytics and optimizing campaigns in real time.

Our activities comply with the Act on Procurements and Concession Contracts of Entities Operating in the Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services Sector (1398/2016). As the value of this acquisition falls below the threshold value specified in Section 13 of the Act on Public Contracts in Special Sectors, the Act is not applied to this acquisition. However, general procurement principles are followed.
