I forbindelse med oppgraderinger av teknisk infrastruktur er det behov for nye tekniske rom til tre bygg i Værnes garnison. For to av byggene skal dette løses ved å bygge små tilbygg. I det siste bygget etableres nytt teknisk rom innvendig i eksisterende bygg.
