The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) invites suppliers to pre-qualification for the procurement of a Framework Agreement for up to 8 Work Boats. The procedure will be carried out as a negotiated procedure, divided into a Pre-Qualification Phase (this phase) and a Tendering Phase.
