The purpose of the procurement was to award a contract for development project for Patola Heat Pump Plant.
The Contracting Authority in this procurement procedure is Helen Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Contracting Authority”).
Helen is planning to to build an air-to-water heat pump (later AWHP) plant for district heating in Patola production site located in
Helsinki. Designed plant shall be implemented to a new building located on available spaces on the site premises. Heat collectors
for heat recovery from outside air shall be located outside the building on a field.
