The object of the procurement is Technical Assistance service for the Implementation of Local Adaptation to Climate Change (LACC) in Nepal 2024-2029., , For more information about procurement and the Project, please see procurement documents., , Estimated Value of the Contract: 6 688 000 (VAT excluded), , The maximum value for the fees of the contract is 5 106 000 Euros (VAT excluded)., , Variants are not acceptable., , Customer will select one (1) service provider with whom the Procurement Contract will be signed., , The Contract shall be valid for the period of five (5) years since the date of its signature by both Parties, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of the Contract or otherwise by operation of law. , , The Ministry reserves a right for contract of additional service from the Consultant amounting up to a maximum of 3 000 000 euros and two years extension period. This amount includes additional procurement of international and national Technical Assistance as well as reimbursable costs. , , The unit prices for fees in the Tenderer’s Price Tender will be the basis of compensation in the option period. The ministry has the sole right to decide whether to use the option or not. The option can be divided and used in several parts. The Consultant will be notified of the uses within Three (3) years of the contract’s entry into force., , Any extension of the Contract or additional services from the Consultant will be subject to satisfactory performance by the Ministry. , , If the Ministry decides to order additional services mentioned in the procurement notice or an invitation to tender from a service provider or decides to extend the contract period by exercising an option mentioned in the competitive tender documents, the Consultant is obliged to provide the service in question., , ,
