Piedāvājumi iesniedzami Mercell sistēmā elektroniski. Piedāvājumi pieejami tikai pasūtītājam un Mercell nepiedalās lēmumu pieņemšanā.
Jautājumu gadījumā par iepirkuma priekšmetu, sazinieties ar pasūtītāju, izmantojot moduli "Sarakste".

The "Files" section provides procurement documentation and instructions for submitting tenders.
To access the "Files" section, click on the "Show interest" button at the top of the page.
Bids must be submitted to Mercell electronically. The offers are available only to the customer and Mercell does not participate in decision-making.
