The purpose of STM and the THL is to procure Meningococcal ACWY (MenACWY) Conjugate Vaccine required for the vaccination programme in the Finnish Defence forces and for the medical risk groups within the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. Tendered vaccine must be suitable for adults and children because both adults and children may belong to the medical risk groups.
