The scope of the Dynamic Purchasing System are 3GPP compliant end user devices to be used in Virve 2.0 network. Devices will be divided to four main categories: 1) Rugged heavy use handheld devices; 2) Rugged smartphones; 3) COTS-like smartphones; 4) fixed vehicle devices. Requirements for availability, security, performance etc. are of typical public safety grade unless otherwise stated in request for tendering specifications.
