Urakkaan kuuluu pohjapadon ja kalatien parantaminen Ruukinkoskessa Siikajoella kaikkine töineen. Uusi pohjapato rakennetaan teräsponttirakenteisena ja padon harjalle asennetaan teräsbetonipalkki. Lisäksi rakennetaan uusi kalatie. Vanha pohjapato jätetään paikoilleen. Vanha kalatie puretaan. Tarkemmin urakka on kuvattu tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
