Luminor Bank AS: Ready solution or development for Front-line information portal

Good day,

Luminor Bank AS is organizing a tender for IT solution FLIP - Front-line information portal. Luminor is searching for SaaS and we are ready to consider both options: 1)ready solution or 2)development according to existing prototype. Solution should preferably be located on cloud. Functional and non-functional requirements are described  in attached documents.

If Vendor is interested to participate in tender and provide proposal for development, Luminor will share existing system’s prototype. Vendor shall sign Confidentiality undertaking document with qualified electronic signature and send to Luminor via Mercell. After that prototype will be shared. Document can be find in Files section together with RFP documents. 

All communication is via Mercell. All asked questions will be answered within 3 business days or sooner.

Deadline for submitting proposals: 03.06.2021, 13:00.
