Short description
The University of Stavanger (UiS) wants to enter a Framework Agreement for technical/professional consultancy (A1), operation tasks (A2) and deployment (A3).
The Contracting Authority shall enter a Framework Agreement with a provider for the total contract. Sub-providers can be involved for A3. A1 and A2 must not include sub-providers.
