Vestfold offentlige innkjøpssamarbeid (VOIS) har inngått rammeavtale på asfalt og asfaltlegging. Leverandøren skal kunne levere ny asfalt, gjenbruksasfalt og LTA (lavtemperaturasfalt).

Entrepriser/prosjekter hvor asfalt og asfaltering inngår, omfattes ikke av rammeavtalen.
