Oslo Municipality wants to establish Framework Agreements for technology related to supervision in health and care services. In order to facilitate the greatest possible coverage of needs and goal achievement, and to reduce the risk for both the Contracting Authority and the tenderer in the procurement, we would like to put parts of the tender documentation out for a hearing to get feedback from the supplier market before we announce the competition. We hope that this can contribute to uncovering uncertainties and that we will avoid setting inappropriate requirements, as well as being able to use the competence that is available in the supplier market in a better way.
