The assignment is for the development, engineering design services for and construction of a new ice rink at Risenga in Asker Municipality. The project shall be carried out as a partnering contract, where a turnkey contractor with an underlying architect and consultant Group shall be responsible for designing and constructing the ice rink. The ice rink shall be dimensioned as a match arena for ice hockey, figures skating and short track with a spectator capasity of 3000. The total cost limit for the project is NOK 287 500 000, including VAT.
