The contracting authority for this competition is: Ålesund kommune c/o Virksomhet for IT.
Ålesund municipality is the host municipality and is responsible for running the ICT cooperation eKommune Sunnmøre. Participating municipalities in the cooperation are Ålesund, Sula, Giske, Skodje, Haram, Sandøy, Ørskog and Norddal.
The aim of the competition is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within firewall/network and general ICT services. The consultancy services shall be carried out both centrally in Bø-Nørve (Ålesund) and locally in each participating municipaliy.
The competition will be carried out as a competition with several parts and service providers can choose which areas they would like to submit a tender for.
The framework agreement will be for two (2) years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year.
