Acquisition of an Electronic Key Managemet System which can generate, regenerate, manage and distribute high classified crypto keys (CTS) to army, navy, airforce and intops-forces under NATO and Security Council command. The system has to be approved to NATO CTS and be an "of the shelf" item. A service agreement is included in the acquisition.
