The County Governor of Troms and Finnmark will purchase new office furniture with associated inventory for his office in Vadsø. The office building is under renovation. The plan is that the office premises will be ready for takeover no earlier than 01.05.2022. Delivery and assembly of office furniture and associated inventory will take place in the period 02.05.2022-16.05.2022. The client emphasizes that the time period for delivery and assembly may change as a result of delays in office space renovation work. There are 4 floors in the building. The County Governor will have office space on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors with a total of about 110 working places in open landscape. In addition, there are 37 multi-rooms, 11 meeting rooms, a canteen and 3 social zones. The preliminary furnishing plan is attached. These are for illustrative purposes only and cannot be used for measuring. Fully targeted drawing sets for all floors will be distributed upon conclusion of the contract.
