Luminor Bank in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia (hereinafter – Luminor) organizes the tender for Pan-Baltic Voice of the Customer in accordance with the tender documentation including the requirement specification.

Suppliers are encouraged to submit their proposals in scope of this RFP.

Both full-service offers and also platform usage offers will be considered.
