The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency shall procure an e-Commerce system, access point and invoicing services.

We would like to investigate how the market views our draft of the requirement specifications before we announce the competition.

Please see the attached draft. We would like feedback on all parts of the requirement specifications, on either general or concrete requirements.
