The procurement is for operations and services in the Norwegian Environment Agency's premises in Trondheim. The premises are new, address Brattørkaia 15. The main assignments in the contract are staffing the telephone exchange and reception, production of access cards, access control, handling post, staffing the goods reception and stores, photocopy /print service, distribution of newspapers, meeting room service, security guard services and service of photocopying machines and coffee machines. The assignment will start on 1.10.2018 and last for 1 year, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract on the same terms for 1 year at a time for 4 years, so that the total maximum contract length is 5 years. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that, in this competition, the winning tenderer must offer employment and continuation of the central wage and work terms for the persons who currently carry out the assignment.
