This is a Prior Information Notice. Hadsel municipality shall construct a new secondary school at Stokmarknes. The municipality would, thus, like to inform the market that a tender for the construction of the school will be announced in the autumn.
The project is in the preliminary phase and is being designed as a turnkey contract. The project consists of a new building of just over 4 000 m2, the renovation of existing buildings, approx. 3 600 m2 and outdoor installations. The contract has a cost limit of approx. 197 000 000 NOK.
The school shall be constructed in accordance with the passive house standard, NS 3701, in minimum energy class B and with wooden supporting constructions.
