We are sorry to inform you that the above mentioned competition must be cancelled. The reason for the cancellation is that requirement 2.7.1.3 is stated to be a mandatory requirement, while it was supposed to be an evaluation requirement. This competition is therefore cancelled, but we will publish a new competition, with new deadlines, in a very short time. The changes made will appear clearly in the new documents.
