In connection with the execution of multiple large development projects in Avinor (for example T2 and T3) significant efforts have been made in engineering design based on BIM. Simultaneously there has been a major focus on the physical structure of processes and tools connected to further utilisation of models and information in connection with the operation of the buildings. Avinor, therefore, wants to expand the use of BIM and wants to enter into an expanded license and maintenance agreement that comprises the entire group in project and operation. The duration of the agreement is two years. Cf. Regulation on procurement rules in the supply sector (the supply regulation) §9-3 point. b - the procurement concerns services that only one specific supplier can deliver. Avinor has not been successful in finding another supplier for such a comprehensive solution for further testing in regard to the project and operation of areas. It is therefore desirable to expand the current agreement on the purchase of licenses and maintenance services. If the Contracting Authority does not receive enquiries within 10 days of the publication date, the Contracting Authority will sign an agreement with Jotne.
