Norsk rikskringkasting [the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation] (hereafter called NRK), hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition for entry into a framework agreement to ensure NRK a cost effective and reliable delivery of internet transit. The accesses shall have 10 GB/s capacity, and be priced with alternative speeds of 4, 6, 8 and 10 GB/s. The connections shall be delivered on two physically separated accesses, with alternative conveyance paths to 2 locations in Oslo. The capacity shall be considered as symmetrical and could be freely used on both of the accesses.
