The Danish Prison and Probation Service (Kriminalforsorgen) has decided to replace its current custom-made OMS (Offender Management System) IT-system (KS) with a well-proven standard IT-system (OMS). Kriminalforsorgen is currently preparing the procurement material for the public procurement, where Kriminalforsorgen will be using a competitive procedure with negotiation. To ensure that all interested economic operators are informed about the procurement, Kriminalforsorgen has decided to share the current plan for the procurement process as well as some general information regarding the future OMS project. Kriminalforsorgen has conducted two rounds of market consultations. The information that was made available to the participants in the consultations, is hereby released to all interested economic operators through the public procurement system Mercell. A link to the material in Mercell can be found in this notice. All interested parties may create an account in Mercell without costs.
