ROAF shall procure a brand-new wheeled excavator in accordance with the specifications stated in annex: ‘Requirement specifications’, including a 6 years / 8 000 hours full service operating agreement and annual certifications. The machine shall be used for moving and/or sorting mixed waste fractions. The machine shall mainly be used out-door, i.a. at disposal sites.
