The work on quality in learning a trade shall contribute to pupils and apprentices receiving relevant training in a good learning environment and that they complete their training. The quality development includes setting targets, implementing relevant measures to achieve the targets and assessing whether the targets have been achieved.
The Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training shall obtain information on the quality of training as a basis for national policy development.
