A part of this is to use technological welfare solutions as a support in addition to the executive health service.
Currently many resources are utilised in the home care services to ensure that users who are dependent on medication several times a day, take their medicine. Many users will benefit from an electronic medicinal dispenser in their own home that automatically reminds the user to take their medication. If the medicine is not taken or an error has occurred, a warning will be sent to the responsible supervisor.
Oppegård municipality shall procure electronic medicinal dispenser, with accompanying monitoring system, training and installation. The requirement for dispensers is divided into 2 different types: 1 simple and one advanced (1 contract for each of the types).
