The offered contract is part of the construction of a new 3-storey research and laboratory building with double basement, roof plant rooms and central lobby. The building is app. 27 000 m². The contract works in brief (quantities are solely meant as guidelines):
A. Masonry and tiling works:

— Aerated concrete blockwork walls, 2 500 m²,
— Masonry and blockwork walls with plaster, 500 m²,

B. Carpentry and joinery works:
— Plaster board walls, 17 500 m²,
— Suspended ceilings, fixed type, plaster board, 1 250 m²,
— Demountable suspended ceilings, 15 000 m²,
— Wooden lath cladding, internal walls, 1 000 m²,
— Wooden lath cladding, ceilings and soffits, 1 250 m²,
— Internal doors, 2 250 pc.,
— Internal glazed walls, 3 000 m²,
— Internal framing for skylights, 150 m²,
— Balustrades, glazed and wooden, 200 m²,
— Pre-fabricated wall and slab units with doors for chilled rooms, 1 250 m².
C. Internal floor finishes:
— Rolled thin sheet flooring with and without coved skirtings, butt jounts, 12 000 m²,
— Rolled thin sheet flooring with and without coved skirtings, welded joints, 5 500 m²,
— Floor matts at entry doors, 75 m²,
— Stainless steel floord beads under doors, 1 100 stk.
D. Paint works:
— Painted wall finish, plaster board walls, 35 000 m²,
— Painted wall finish, plastered blockwork and concrete walls, 7 500 m²,
— Paint finish to ceilings, 6 000 m²,
— Painted floor finish, concrete and screed, plant rooms, 2 500 m².
E. Architectural metal work:
— Pre-fabricated steel stairs, 2 pc. for 5 floors, 2 pc. for 2 floors, 4 pc.,
— Stainless steel fenders for basement walls, 1 250 running metre,
— Galvanized steel gratings at entrances and in shafts, 250 m².
F. Roof covering works
— Insulation and roof membranes for pre-cast concrete roof slabs incl., sedum roofing, 2 700 m²,
— Insulation and roof membranes for metal slabs on plant rooms, 2 300 m²,
— Insulation and roof membranes for corrugated sheet metal slab above lobby, 530 m²,
— Insulation and roof membranes for roof terraces and slabs above basement in courtyards, 1 500 m².
