Health Region Finnmark HF, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement with provider(s) of plumber services for the Awarding Authority, Hammerfest. The contract period is 2 years from signing of contract and with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s).
Delivery of tender: all tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell MSS; www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. All questions regarding the tender shall be addressed through the communication module in Mercell. The reason for this is that all communication shall be logged.

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders. If there is additional information from the awarding authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline.
