Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation AS, hereinafter referred to as “NRK”, has initiated this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process with the intention of procuring a Production Asset Management System (hereinafter referred to as “PAM”), with the options of a lightweight editor and a further expansion to a MAM.
The primary purpose is to acquire a robust, flexible and feature-rich PAM-solution that supports the creative workflows and end user needs across both news production and post-production.
The estimated value of the contract is NOK 50-75 million including the exercise of options, based on an initial contract period of five years.
The RFP will be conducted as a Competitive procedure with negotiation. Following the initial phase of vendor qualification and selection (Stage 1), qualified and selected vendors will be invited to participate in the tender/offer phase (Stage 2). This information concerns Stage 2 - Tender phase.
Important: In order for NRK to release "SSA-T App. 3 The Customer's technical platform", vendors are requested to sign and return "Attachment 9 Confidentiality statement for senior personnel" to NRK as an attachment to a message in the communication module in Mercell. NRK will release SSA-T App. 3 bilaterally as soon as we are in receipt of the signed Attachment 9.
