The subject of the procurement is the comprehensive strategic advisory services required by Veikkaus Group (hereinafter "Veikkaus").

The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the Call for Tenders and its annexes, especially in Annex 1 “Object of the Procurement.”

The maximum and estimated value of the framework agreement is 1 912 350,60 € (VAT 0%).

This framework agreement does not include a minimum purchase obligation. Veikkaus reserves the right to procure services outside this framework if deemed necessary.

The framework agreement will be in force from an estimated start in April or May 2026 until June 30, 2027. After base contract period, Veikkaus holds an option to extend the agreement for one six-month period until 31st December 2027.
