Hankeobjekti tehniline kirjeldus
| Üheaastane raamleping fikseeritud hindadega, tellitakse vastavalt vajadusele.
Lisatud 2025. aasta statistika (informatiivne mahtude hindamiseks)
Pakkumisele esitatavad nõuded
- Tootelehed: Kõikidele pakutavatele seadmetele tuleb lisada vastavad tootelehed.
- Hinnad: Peavad kehtima vähemalt 12 kuud
- Garantiiaeg: Pakkumisel peab olema välja toodud iga toote garantiiperiood.
- Tarnetingimus: DDP tellija aadressil.
Lubatud tootjad
Pakkumisi oodatakse ainult järgmiste tootjate toodangule:
- Yokogawa
- Emerson (Rosemount)
- Endress+Hauser
Tarnenõuded
Lühike nimekiri (kriitilised seadmed)
- Tarneaeg: maksimaalselt 24 tundi
- Võib olla ka konsignatsiooniladu (kui pakkuja seda võimaldab)
- Pikk nimekiri (laiem valik seadmeid)
- Tarneaeg: standardne tarneaeg vastavalt pakkuja tavapärasele logistikale
- Pakkuja peab fikseerima hinnad kogu leping perioodiks
Pakkumiste esitamine
- Tähtaeg: 18.03
- Pakkumine peab sisaldama:
- tootelehti
- hindade kehtivusaega
- garantiiaega
- lühikese ja pika nimekirja eristust
- tarneaegu mõlema nimekirja jaoks

Hankijal on õigus korraldada täiendavad läbirääkimised kahe parima pakkujaga.
Hankija jätab endale õiguse muuta tööde mahte või lükata tagasi kõik pakkumused.

Technical description of the procurement object
| Contract duration: 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027
One‑year framework agreement with fixed prices; orders will be placed according to actual needs
Statistics for the year 2025 are attached (informative for estimating volumes)
Requirements for the offer
- Product datasheets: Datasheets must be provided for all offered equipment.
- Prices: Must remain valid for at least 12 months
- Warranty period: The warranty period for each product must be stated in the offer.
- Delivery terms: DDP to the buyer’s address.
Approved manufacturersOffers are expected only for products from the following manufacturers:- Yokogawa
- Emerson (Rosemount)
- Endress+Hauser
Delivery requirementsShort list (critical equipment)- Delivery time: maximum 24 hours
- A consignment stock is acceptable (if the supplier can provide it)
Long list (broader selection of equipment)- Delivery time: standard delivery time according to the supplier’s usual logistics
- The supplier must fix the prices for the entire contract period
Submission of offers- Deadline: 18. March
- The offer must include:
- product datasheets
- price validity period
- warranty period
- distinction between the short list and long list
- delivery times for both lists

The Procurer reserves the right to change the scope of work or to reject all bids.
